Commission is set

Payment shall be payed in full after I sent the sketch and the client accepted the design. My turn over rate is 1 week to 2 months depending on the complexity of the project.

I will keep in touch with the client for updates until the commission is done.

Strictly no refunds after agreement.

What I draw

Terms & Condition

1. Strictly no refunds. I will send sketches before the transactions. You can only cancel the commission before paying.

2. Works created for my specific clients are licensed to personal uses only and should not be modified or redistributed without my watermark or signature in any way or form without consent. Reposting is permitted as long as the watermark is visible or that ZylieArts is rightfully credited.

3. My artworks should not be used for commercial purposes. Should the artworks are used for commercial purposes, it should be discussed prior as a part of agreement.

4. I will not send a finished commissioned work unless the product is fully paid after I send the sketch.

5. Revisions before sketches are free. After I sent the initial sketches and the client has agreed to it, any revisions from finished works will be charged per revision.

6. As my works are purely digital, my transaction does not involve shipping of any of my products.

7. If the respective client did not follow any of these terms and conditions, I will charge the client for violating the terms and conditions if there's any such as cropping signature or using my works for commercial purpose without agreement.

8. Clients who are unreachable for 30 days, even if the commission is paid, will be considered void and the payment non-refundable.

9. I understand that digital artwork can be easily copied and distributed, but I assert that this artwork is my unique and original creation. I have put a significant amount of time and effort into creating this artwork, and I am proud to share it with the world but I do not allow any of my works to be used for training AI softwares in any way or form.

Once you accept or pay the invoice, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please cancel your order before I send you any sketches.
